Limitation of Liability
Our liability for damages arising from the use of Expo Ebay is limited to intent and gross negligence. In case of damages arising from the breach of the contract, the total compensation that can be claimed is limited to foreseeable damages. The limitations mentioned above of liability also do not apply in the event of damage to human life, bodily injury, or a person's health. We will not be liable for any compensation due to delay, non-performance, or default in all legally considered force majeure.
Dispute Resolution: The Republic of Turkey's laws apply in resolving any dispute arising from the implementation or interpretation of this Agreement; BURSA Courthouse Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
Conditions for Opening a Store and Payment at EXPO:
The first opening of the store is free.
EXPO ebay store fees are determined as 5.00 € (five euros) per month.
The number of product units is 1000 (one thousand), which is limited. More product placements can be requested by contacting the expo for an upgrade request. Store fee payments will be requested by the expo against an invoice after the first sale is made.
Expo will take a 7% (seven percent) commission on every sale made from Store owners. After the Buyer Customer approves the Delivery of the Product, the Commission fee will be deducted and your remaining Amount Progress will be sent to your Bank Account registered in the system.
Product Purchase and Membership Conditions from EXPO:
Companies that are members (register) of EXPO eBay can buy products from the site for 2.50 € (two and a half euros) for 30 days (thirty days) and see the effects, prices, and trade of the companies within site.
Membership Payments will be made via PayPal or PayTr.
